Our cables are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects only for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. Physical damage due to, but not limited to, accident; abuse; misuse or other external causes is not covered under our warranty.
If a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.
If a defect in our product arises after this initial 1-year limited warranty, the product will be repaired at cost.
